A Tai Chi class consists of stretches and warmups (Tai Chi principles, Qigong sets, drills of Tai Chi moves), and instruction in a traditional form of continuous movement. Instruction is the following forms is available.

TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS AND FALL PREVENTION This Tai Chi program was designed by a medical doctor, Dr. Paul Lam, for people who have arthritis or other conditions that may restrict the ability to move easily. It is based on the Sun Style form of Tai Chi and is easy to learn. It incorporates all the classic principles of Tai Chi.

OLD YANG STYLE TAI CHI Lao Yang, or "Old Yang," Style Tai Chi is a rare form that is thought to have been taught to the Chinese imperial body guards.

SECRET FAMILY STYLE (SECRET YANG)  This is another very old and rare style of Yang Tai Chi that . There are three sections in this long form.

Qigong means "skill with Qi ("chee" - life force energy)" and consists of postures or movements with intention, visualization, and coordinated breathing. Sets may includes self-tapping, self-massage, or toning healing sounds. The following sets are primarily focused on improving overall health. 

FIVE ELEMENT QIGONG
Five Element Qigong is based on the seasonal principle of Five Elements from traditional Asian medicine. This set is also used as a practice with Old Yang Tai Chi.
