TAI CHI FORMS
A Tai Chi class consists of stretches and warmups, Qigong sets, drills of Tai Chi moves, and instruction in a traditional form of continuous movement. Instruction is the following forms is available.
TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS
This Tai Chi program was designed by a medical doctor, Dr. Paul Lam, for people who have arthritis or other conditions that may restrict the ability to move easily.
SIMPLIFIED TAI CHI CHUAN: THE 24 FORM
This form, based on the Yang style, was developed by the China's Physical Culture and Sport Commission in 1956.
OLD YANG STYLE TAI CHI
Lao Yang, or "Old Yang," Style Tai Chi is a rare form that is thought to have been taught to the Chinese imperial body guards.
SECRET FAMILY STYLE (SECRET YANG)
This is another very old and rare style of Yang Tai Chi that was preserved by the Michuan Family. See Nganga Tolo-Naa work a small segment on www.myqsst.com and on YouTube (nganga22).
OLD CHEN STYLE TAI CHI
The long form of the Chen family.
QIGONG (CHI KUNG)
FIVE ELEMENT QIGONG
Qigong means "skill with Chi (energy)" and consists of movement with intention, visualization, and coordinated breathing. Five Element Qigong is based on the principle of Five Elements from traditional Asian medicine.
FIVE YIN ORGAN QIGONG
Qigong movements to tonify the five yin organs: Lungs, Kidneys, Liver, Heart, and Spleen.
EIGHT PIECES OF BROCADE
A very old and classic qigong set of eight movements.
INNER RADIANCE QIGONG
Qigong movements to clean and balance the body.
RADIANT LOTUS QIGONG
A Qigong set designed by Daisy Lee especially for women. Includes a sound healing set.
QIGONG FOR STRENGTH
Qigong for Strength includes movements that relate to the three primary "soft" or "internal" martial arts of Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and Ba Gua.
TAOIST LONGEVITY EXERCISES
A set of standing exercises and a seated routine to maintain health and longevity.
