NEWS!
In 2012, I will be teaching Master Lu's Sword form at Draco Academy (Sunday at noon) and Palos Height Recreation Center (Thursday 6 p.m.)
I will be offering Yamuna Body Rolling at the Tinley Park District . Body rolling is an excellent adjunct practice for Yoga an Tai Chi. It is an amazing technique for lengthening and strengthening muscles with a
therapy ball, mindfulness and focused breathwork. It relieves trigger
points and painful, chronic musculoskeletal conditions. It provides
targeted weight bearing exercise to help strengthen bones. People have
experienced new growth after a short time of dedicated practice. If you
have lost height due to aging, you will want to experience this. It is a
wonderful anti-aging solution!
